Can children dine in?

We do not permit children under 11 in the restaurant. For special events please email info@indiyang.com or call 01803 380060 to speak with management

How do i get 10% discount on collection?

This auto applies on checkout when a minimum spend of £25 is met.

Where can I park?

We have on street parking 100 yards from the restaurant and on adjacent roads free after 6pm. Free parking is also available on Bamflyde Road and Vansitart Road.

Are you a gluten free restaurant?

No we are not. We do have a variety of dishes that are gluten free. However many of the noodle dishes are not due to the wheat noodles and soy sauce. However if you require a gluten free alternative we can arrange rice noodles and tamari soy sauce which is the gluten free alternative to meet your requirements.

How long does delivery and click and collect take?

Delivery times start at 45minutes to 1 hour. During peak periods this can increase. But definitely worth the wait! For collections times start from 25 minutes to 35 minutes in peak times. Please state an exact time you would like to collect with the above times in mind.

I am allergic to peanuts can I order from you?

You would not be able to order from us. As peanuts are used in a variety of dishes and present in sauces. We therefore cannot guarantee our dishes to be nut free.

Should I make you aware of things I am allergic to?

Yes. This is so important, Please ask a member of staff about the dish you have ordered. You can also find a list of our allergens on the website in pdf format.

Do The staff get the service charge?

Yes. 100% of the service charge is shared between the entire team of staff.

Are you halal friendly?

We are able to provide halal options on request, please advise us of your requirements 24 hrs before your booking and we can arrange products to fit your needs.

Can I change or order off menu?

Changes can be requested, but the kitchen has the final say and this can be yes or no.

Something was missing from my order?

Call 01803 380060. All discrepancies must be called in on the day of the order and will be dealt with as a matter of urgency, we are unable to rectify orders after this time. We will come to you with the missing item, refund the item or apply store credit.

Refund policy

Refunds will only be made for missing items for takeaway when raised on the same day as the order was placed during business hours. Any other discrepancies will be issued with a store credit, less than or equal to the amount of the order based at the managements discretion. Genuine issues will be treated as high importance and put right quickly and professionaly.
